PAYMENT

Shop securely with PayPal. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to checkout through PayPal.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

A deposit of at least 50% is required in order to begin all custom projects. I will keep you updated with information as well as photos throughout the design process. Once the items are completed and approved by the client, the remaining balance is due within 3 days (unless otherwise agreed). After the full payment is submitted, I will carefully package and ship your items to you.

 

SALES TAX

Florida residents will be charged 6.5% Sales Tax upon checkout.

 

SHIPPING

Itmes will not be shipped until full payment has been submitted.

All items in the shop are...

*ready to ship within 3 days of your purchase, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

*mailed to the address on your receipt, unless you request shipment to a different address.

*shipped via USPS First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post. (I include insurance and tracking for all Domestic Packages.)

*wrapped in protective plastic covers.

*securely packaged in mailing boxes or envelopes. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please contact me for a quote.

International Buyers: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your package to arrive. Please be aware that you may be charged duty fees by your country's postal service. Please check with your post office for details on this possible charge.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If the item you receive is not what you expected, you have the option to exchange or return it. Custom orders may only be altered or exchanged. Additional charges for supplies and labor may apply.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Payments can be refunded once items in question are returned to me.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
